A Small Miracle

Yesterday, Kayla came in my room and told me she loved me! I couldn't believe it! But I told her I loved her too, and hope that we can continue to get along.

A Summer Day

The girls came to spend three nights with Dylan this week. Today, I took them to the park and got some really cute pictures.
Kayla and Miles had a big fight today, and Miles told me his nerves were about shot - he felt like just running away. I told him I felt the same way, and he snapped at me that I didn't have it nearly as bad as he did. Then he started to storm out, but turned around and apologized and said I didn't deserve that. Then he went outside with Kayla and must have told her what we said, because she called me at work and apologized and said she didn't want to make us feel like running away. I actually was thinking about moving out, but I couldn't leave Dylan now,and I really can't afford to move out right now. But next year, when I start getting social security, I"m going to have to think deeply about it.
